We collect personal data for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Tõstamaa visitor game,
as well as any additional information voluntarily provided by participants.
Personal data is used for the following purposes:
- organizing and conducting the visitor game
- contacting participants
- providing information related to the game
- requesting feedback and improving the visitor experience
The collected data will not be used for any other purposes or shared with third parties, except where required by law.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to conduct the visitor game and will be deleted after the game has ended or,
at the latest, within a reasonable period after collecting feedback.
Participants have the right to:
- access the data collected about them
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion of their data
